Scroll Sepolia Euclid Phase-2 Upgrade
Completed - The Scroll Sepolia testnet Euclid Phase-2 upgrade has concluded.

During the upgrade, we had to publish a new l2geth release to adopt a recent bugfix in the DA decoder module. Apart from this, the upgrade happened with no other issues.

In progress - The l2geth rollup verifier component ran into an issue that led to Scroll Sepolia nodes getting stuck. We are working on a fix that will be rolled out as an updated node release.
